Casual sexism in Delhi

What, Mommy doesn't hold the purse? (This is particularly annoying because you see far more women on the subways with their children than men).

Also, I would love to know what this is. A school teaching bored Delhi housewives how to cook and manage the household budget? A serious academic institute for determining budgetary concerns on the household level? Could be anything! (But it's probably the former).
